WHAT IS TRANSFORM- YOGA FOR DANCERS
TRANSFORM- Yoga For Dancers is an 8 week course, designed to support dancers just like you! By the end of TRANSFORM you will leave with a toolbox of self care practices that you can apply to life, both inside and out of the Industry.
This course is made up of 8 Online modules (including posture labs, meditations, breathing techniques, self care practices & physical yoga practices), 9 Live Group Coaching Calls & full time support in the Yoga For Dancers FB Group Page.
Each week will be driven by a focus- Grounding, Emotional Release, Confidence, Self Love, Self Expression, Intuitive Movement, Beyond Dance & Celebration of Self. With digital access to all content & materials, this is a practice you can do in your own time, with the ability to revisit all materials no matter what you are doing.

No, not at all. This course is aimed at dancers who are both completely new to yoga, or have taken classes regularly but want a dancer specific practice.

Once enrolled you will receive a dropbox link where you can sign on and watch & access all of the material from wherever you have wifi/internet access. To download the material, you will need a larger GB Dropbox Account.

Of course, you can be anywhere in the world. The weekly Zoom call however will be every Sunday at 9AM (UK), 8PM (NZ) & 6PM (AUS)… If you are from another country to these, I will send you a recording of the call and can answer your questions whenever you need.

Yes!
You can work through the course materials at your own pace, each week will only require a few hours in total so it’s extremely flexible. -
- Yourself
- A space to practice ( I would recommend a hard floor so the ground is stable)
- Yoga mat / Blocks & Props ( this is not essential ) you can use cushions & pillows from your house.
- A working Laptop/Phone device to download & use the course materials
- An open mind & heart 🙂
